Cairo – Mubasher: Shareholders of Delta for Printing and Packaging agreed on freezing 2015 cash dividends.
They approved adding shareholders’ FY15 dividends to the general reserve for financing the current expansions.
Moreover, they ratified the financial statements as well as the reports of the board and auditor for the fiscal year of 2015.
